Cons of working at CROSSMARKNot too many hours. Some assemblies where not too easily illustrated when required to use for Displays. There where way too many boxes for cleanup after setting up isles. This took too much time and went to overtime at times. The job required lots of driving and directions where not always easy. Sometimes I was lost on the road.

Constant turn over and new people get better jobs then some of the older employees. Company does offer some benefits but no personal days off or vacation no matter how long you have been with the company.
Cons of working at CROSSMARKLow wages constant layoffs and very demanding. Constant turn over and they will hire just about any one. No steady work or Companies. Company doesnt appreciate your service and they make promises that they dont keep. No benefits, No Vacation time or personal time available even if you have been with them for several years. Constant change of upper management positions.
